Eagle Materials manufactures and distributes concrete and aggregates products that are used in highway construction and maintenance and to construct residential and commercial buildings.

Eagle operates aggregates quarries and concrete plants in central Texas, Kansas, Missouri and Nevada.

In November 2012, Eagle Materials acquired eight ready mix concrete plants and two aggregates quarries as part of its acquisition of two cement plants from Lafarge. Several years later, in August 2019, 3-D Concrete was acquired, strengthening Eagle's position in northern Nevada. The aquisition included eight batch plants and two aggregates quarries.
